WiseWealth (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect your email address and password when you create an account. If you subscribe, we also store a Stripe customer identifier to manage your subscription. We do not store payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used solely to:

  • Authenticate your access to the research platform
  • Manage your subscription status
  • Communicate important updates about the Platform (infrequent)

3. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties
  • We do not share your email address with advertisers
  • We do not use tracking pixels in emails
  • We do not use browser storage APIs (localStorage, sessionStorage)

4. Data Storage

Your account data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase (supabase.com) with Row Level Security enabled. Access to the database is restricted to server-side operations only. Subscription billing is processed by Stripe (stripe.com).

5. Cookies

We use HttpOnly, Secure session cookies managed by Supabase Auth to maintain your authenticated session. These cookies:

  • Cannot be read by JavaScript (HttpOnly)
  • Are transmitted only over HTTPS (Secure)
  • Contain encrypted session tokens — no personal data
  • Are cleared when you sign out

6. Two-Factor Authentication

We require TOTP-based two-factor authentication for all accounts. Your TOTP secret is stored securely by Supabase Auth and is never exposed to the application layer.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
