WiseWealth is a structural technology dependency research tool designed for long-term capital allocators. It is not a trading platform, portfolio tracker, or source of financial advice.

2. Proprietary Content

The selection, arrangement, and analysis of technology dependency data on this Platform — including node descriptions, connection rationale, cross-sector dependency topology, and research methodology — is proprietary and protected by copyright law.

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download Platform content
• Reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the research data
• Use automated tools to access or extract Platform content
• Share your access credentials with third parties

3. Access

Access to the Platform is granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer of financial services. The research presented is for informational and educational purposes only. Always conduct your own due diligence.

5. No Warranty

The Platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any research data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WiseWealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
